I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Licensed to practice massage in the state of Indiana. I attended a private massage school, AIH School of Massage in Bloomington Indiana. I enjoy sharing the benefits of therapeutic massage with my clients, friends and family.

I find myself constantly seeking new modalities and methods to help my clients get the most from their massage experience. In 2017 I received certification for Vibrational Sound Therapy using Himalayan Singing Bowls through the Vibrational Sound Association. This unique modality affects all cells within the body helping you to achieve deeper relaxation in turn improving sleep. Also helps to balance both hemispheres of the brain, stimulates circulation in order to release toxins, as well as strengths the immune system and reduces stress. 

In 2016 I added Himalayan Stone Massage to my menu of services. Much like a hot stone massage the Himalayan Salt Stones are heated and used to massage the tissue delivering heat and relaxing tight muscle tissue as well as delivering more than 86 essential minerals to the system through the skin. These minerals help to release toxins and leaves the skin more supple and radiant. 

In 2015 I received Certification in Therapeutic Cupping Massage, this ancient modality uses negative pressure to create suction rather than compression like tradition massage as we know it. Cupping massage is great for detoxifying the body as well as releasing tight knots and ropey bands that can be found in the tissue layers. By creating suction the layers of fascia separate and blood flow increases to the area allowing the body to heal more efficiently. This modality is great for clients wanting or needing Deep Tissue Massage but have no desire to endure the heavy pressure or recovery time. 

In 2013 I had the pleasure of training with the founder and Master of Bamboo-fusion massage, Nathalie Cecilia. Nathalie developed Bamboo-fusion massage in 2004 and has worked hard in the advancement, research and development of this fairly new, unique and exotic massage therapy. The bamboo is warmed and integrated with Swedish massage and Deep Tissue massage strokes for a relaxing massage
